质保和退货

在我公司（以下简称卖方）购买货物时，为您提供质保义务，包括保修和保修后服务。保修义务也适用于我公司技术人员提供的所有服务。
如在保修期内发现商品有故障，您需要起草索赔报告，并将其发送到保修卡或操作文件中指定的制造商服务中心。此外，您也可以向我公司的专员寻求帮助，以便在生产商处组织技术维护和维修：
  • 提供免费保修服务。
  • 如产品因消费者过错而发生故障，消费者应承担运费和修理费。
所有涉及设备更换和退回的问题都严格按照俄罗斯联邦法律执行。
根据质量合格的非食品商品目录第11条的规定，质量合格的设备不予换货和退货。
设备制造商通过卖方或服务中心网络决定是否退货、换货或修理有缺陷的设备。
